Voting members may serve on the Board of Directors and help shape the future of private postsecondary education in Missouri
Regular Members
Any Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (“MDHEWD”) certified private school, or combination of such schools under common ownership, and not a branch of a currently certified school operating in the State of Missouri is eligible to become a member. Each regular member shall have one vote, may vote on any matter before them, may be elected to the Board of Directors, and may hold an office on the Board.
Associate Members
Any individual, business, school, or group which has an interest in the objectives of the Association is eligible for this membership. Associate members may participate in all activities of the association except for official votes and may not hold a seat on the Board of Directors although associate members may be asked to serve on Committees as requested by the Board.
